  • 잠재의식은 욕망과 목표로 가득 차 있어야 하며, 우리는 그것에 몰입해야 합니다. 
  • The subconscious must be filled with desires and goals, and we must immerse ourselves in them. 

 

  • 이러한 욕구와 관련이 없거나 반대되는 생각은 잠재의식이 우리가 원하는 방향으로 부지런히 일하는 것을 방해합니다.
  • Thoughts that are unrelated or contrary to these desires will hinder the subconscious from working diligently in the direction we want.

 

  • 부정적인 생각을 잊거나 지우려고 애쓰는 대신, 그 생각에서 주의를 돌리는 것이 좋습니다.
  • Istead of trying hard to forget or erase negative thoughts, it's better to withdraw your attention from them.

 

  • 의도적으로 생각을 멈추는 것은 어려울 수 있으므로, 자신의 욕망과 진정으로 원하는 것에 더 집중하는 것이 더 효과적입니다. 
  • Since it can be difficult to intentionally stop thinking about something, it's more effective to focus more on your desires and what you truly want. 

 

  • 욕망, 소망, 진정으로 원하는 것으로 마음을 온전히 채우세요!
  • Fill your mind completely with your desires, wishes, and what you truly want!

 

  • 욕망은 휘발성인 현재의 의식이 아니라 지칠 줄 모르는 잠재의식에 두어야 합니다.
  • Desire should be placed not in the volatile present consciousness, but in the subconscious, which works tirelessly.

  • 오늘은 어디에 있든, 무엇을 하든 나 자신을 위한 행복한 하루를 만들겠습니다.

  • 우리가 품고 있는 생각과 감정이 우리가 경험하는 세상이 됩니다. 
  • The thoughts and emotions we hold become the world we experience. 

 

  • 우리의 내면 세계는 외부 세계를 창조합니다. 그것은 단순히 기존의 외부 현실에 대한 우리의 인식을 바꾸는 것이 아니라, 현실에 실질적이고 물질적인 영향력을 행사하는 것입니다. 
  • Our inner world creates the outer world. It's not about merely shifting our perception of an existing external reality, it's about exerting a real, material influence on it. 

 

  • 성공과 부와 같은 목표를 향한 길은 고통스럽지 않아야 합니다. 내면의 에너지 주파수와 일치하면 긍정적인 감정을 느낄 수 있습니다.

  • 원하는 것을 얻는 데 지나치게 집착하게 되면 잠재의식이 현재의 부족 상태를 인식하게 되어 의도치 않게 그것을 이루지 못할 것이라는 믿음을 갖게 될 수 있습니다. 
  • When you become excessively obsessed with acquiring what you want, your subconscious may become aware of the current state of lack, leading to the unintended belief that you won't achieve it. 

 

  • 목표를 설정할 때 세 가지를 염두에 두세요 : 1) 목표를 너무 세부적으로 짜지 마세요 2) 과하게 구체적인 방법과 기한을 설정하지 마세요 3) 당신이 진심으로 믿을 수 없는 목표는 설정하지 마세요. 
  • Keep three things in your mind when setting goals : 
    1. Don't make your goals too detailed. 
    2. Avoid setting overly specific methods and deadlines. 
    3. Don't set goals that you can't genuinely believe in yourself.

 

  • 목표가 너무 구체적이거나 빡빡하고, 당신이 지나치게 집착하게 되면 신념이 약해져 잠재의식에 각인하기가 더 어려워집니다. 
  • When a goal is too specific or tight and you become overly fixated on it, your belief weakens, making it harder to imprint it on your subconscious. 

 

  • 에너지가 넘치는 상태라면 문제를 기회로 바꾸고 도전을 통해 성장할 수 있습니다. 
  • If you're in a high-energy state, you'll turn problems into opportunities and grow through challenges.
