  • 잠재의식에 명령을 내리는 한 가지 방법은 원하는 미래를 선언문 형식으로 적어보는 것입니다. 큰 소리로 읽으면서 이미 그것을 달성했다고 생생하게 상상하고 시각화하세요. 이미 실현되었다고 진정으로 믿을 때까지 이 과정을 반복하세요. 
  • One way to command your subconscious is to write down your desired future in the form of a declaration. As you read it aloud, vividly visulaize and imagine that you have already achieved it. Repeat this process until you genuinely believe it has already come true. 

 

  • 훨씬 더 효과적인 방법은 '자기 최면'입니다. 원하는 결과를 최대한 생생하게, 1인칭으로, 상상하며 실제와 같은 감각을 느껴보세요.
  • A much more effective way is 'self-hypnosis'. Imagine your desired outcome as vividly as possible, in the first person, feeling the sensations as if it were real.

 

  • 잠들기 직전에 가장 편안한 자세로 심박수를 느리게 하고 온몸을 완전히 이완한 상태에서 이 동작을 수행하세요. 하루에 한두 번씩 10~15분간 연습하세요. 잠들기 직전에 하는 것도 좋은 방법입니다. 
  • Do this just before drifting off to sleep, in the most relaxed position, with a slow heart rate and your entire body fully relaxed. Practice this for 10 to 15 minutes, once or twice a day. Doing it right before sleep is also a great approach. 

 

  • 일단 최면 상태에 들어가면 자기 최면은 어렵지 않지만, 의식상태에서 최면 상태로 전환하는 초기 장벽을 극복하는 것이 과제입니다. 
  • Self-hypnosis is not difficult once you're in the hypnotic state, but the challenge lies in overcoming the initial barrier of transitioning from the conscious mind into that state. 

 

  • 이 진입 과정을 더 쉽게 만드는 방법은 최면 상태로 들어가는 열린 문과 같은 역할을 하는 진입 지점인 '웨이 포인트'를 만드는 것입니다.
  • A method to make this entry process easier is to create a "way-point", an entry point that that acts like an open door into the hypnotic state. 

 

  • 현재의 불만족스러운 상황을 바꾸기 위해 무리한 노력이나 행동을 강요하는 것이 아닙니다. 단순히 마음가짐을 바꾸는 것입니다.
  • It's not about forcing yourself into strenuous efforts or actions to change your current unsatisfactory situation. It's simply about changing your mindset. 

 

  • 욕망과 목표를 달성하는 방법을 알필요는 없습니다. 방법에 대해 걱정할 필요가 없습니다. 결과에만 집중하세요. 과정은 중요하지 않고, 당신의 몫이 아닙니다.  
  • You don't need to know how to achieve your desires and goals. There's no need to worry about the methods. Just focus on the outcome. The process doesn't matter, and it's not your concern. 

 

  • 목표를 달성하는 데 필요한 계획이 자연스럽게 떠오르고, 적합한 사람들이 자연스럽게 내 삶에 들어오고, 필요한 환경이 자연스럽게 펼쳐질 것입니다. 
  • The plans you need to achieve your goals will naturally come to you, the right people will naturally come into your life, and the necessary circumstances will naturally unfold. 

 

  • 욕망과 일치하지 않는 현재 상황에 집중하지 마세요. 현재의 욕망과 다른 것은 지극히 정상적인 현상입니다. 
  • Stop focusing on your current situation that doesn't match your desires. It's perfectly normal for it to differ from your desires. 

 

  • 현재의 삶에서 '증거'를 찾지 마세요. 당신이 찾은 증거는 과거의 유산일 뿐입니다. 
  • Stop searching for 'evidence' in your current life. Any evidence you find is  merely a legacy from the past. 

 

  • “과거, 현재, 미래의 구분은 고집스럽게 지속되는 착각일 뿐입니다.” - 알버트 아인슈타인

  • “현재 존재하는 것들은 드러나지만 과거와 미래의 것들은 숨겨져 있지만 죽지 않습니다. 근원 에너지는 모든 것에 생명을 불어넣는다.” - 헤르메스

  • “미래를 상상할 때 그것은 단지 가능성으로만 존재합니다. 하지만 그 미래의 관점에서 (그 진동에 맞춰) 상상하면 놀랍게도 그 미래는 현실이 됩니다.” - 네빌 고다드
  • "When you imagine a future, it exists merely as a possibiliy. But when you imagine from the perspective of that future (by matching its vibration), amazingly, it becomes reality." - Neville Goddard

 

  • 세상의 모든 것은 태초에 폭발한 하나의 근원 에너지(근원 에너지)가 재배열된 것일 뿐입니다. 모든 에너지는 4차원으로 존재하며 모든 공간과 시간에 분산되어 있습니다. 
  • Everything in the world is simply a rearrangement of the one original energy (Source Energy) that exploded at the beginning of time. All energy exists in four dimensions, dispersed across all space and time. 

 

  • 미래에 존재할 것은 이미 현재에 존재합니다. 단지 시간의 배치가 달라질 뿐입니다. 
  • What will exist in the future already exists in the present. It's simply a matter of time's arrangement. 

 

  • 그렇기 때문에 “나는 부유하다”라는 표현이 “나는 부자가 될 것이다”라는 표현보다 더 적절합니다. 이 상태는 이미 현재에 존재하므로 지금 행복할 수 있습니다. 사실, 여러분은 지금 행복해야 합니다. 
  • That's why the statement "I am wealthy" is more appropriate than "I will be wealthy". This state already exists in the present, so you can be happy now. In fact, you should be happy now. 

 

  • 원하는 것을 '끌어당긴다'거나 욕망을 '끌어당긴다'는 생각은 엄밀히 말하면 잘못된 생각입니다. 그것은 이미 존재하는 것에 '생명을 부여'하고 그것이 현실의 일부가 되어 나타나도록 '허용'하는 것에 더 가깝습니다. 
  • The idea of "attracting" what you want or having your desires "drawn" to you is, strictly speaking, incorrect. It's more about "giving life" to what already existed, "allowing" it to manifest and become part of your reality. 

 

  • 기도는 필요한 것을 하나님께 구하는 것이 아니라 필요한 것을 이미 가지고 있다고 믿는 것입니다. 
  • Prayer is not about asking God for what you need, but about believing that you already have what you need.
