  • 정신적 규칙은 네 단계로 구성됩니다: 1) 진심으로 원한다. 2) 생생하게 상상한다. 3) 이미 일어났다고 믿는다. 4) 그리고 그것은 현실이 될 것입니다.
  • The mental rules consist of four steps: 
    1. Sincerely want it,
    2. Vividly imagine it,
    3. Believe it has already happened, 
    4. And it will become reality.

 

  • 진심으로 원하고, 생생하게 상상하고, 이미 일어났다고 믿으면 현실이 될 것입니다. 
  • If you sincerely want it, vividly imagine it, and believe it has already happened, it will become reality. 

 

  • 내가 진정으로 원하는 것이 무엇인지 어떻게 알 수 있을까요? 자신의 진정한 자아, 내면의 자아가 원하는 것이 무엇인지 알아내야 합니다. 이를 위해서는 마음에 솔직해져야 합니다. 
  • How can you know what you really want? You need to discover what your true self, your inner self, desires. This requires being honest with your heart. 

 

  • 진정으로 원하는 것은 단순히 쾌락이나 일시적인 만족감을 주는 것이 아닙니다. 상상할 때 내면 깊은 곳에서 우러나오는 미묘한 기쁨과 짜릿한 설렘이 있어야 합니다. 
  • What you truly want isn't something that merely offers pleasure or temporary satisfaction. When you imagine it, there should be a subtle sense of inner joy and a thrilling excitement that comes from deep within. 

 

  • 무언가를 생생하게 상상한다는 것은 강한 감정과 현실감을 경험하고 최대한 사실적으로 시각화하는 것을 의미합니다. 
  • Vividly imagining something means experiencing strong emotions and a sense of reality, and visualizing it as realistically as possible.

  • 원하는 것을 바라는 것이 아니라 이미 원하는 것이 되었다고 믿는 것이 중요합니다. 
  • It's not about hoping for what you want, but about believing you have already become what you desire. 

 

  • 일어날 것처럼 느끼는 것이 아니라 이미 일어난 것처럼 느껴야 합니다. 
  • You shouldn't just feel as if it will happen; you need to feel as if it has already happened. 

 

  • 생각과 행동이 만들어내는 에너지의 주파수가 내면의 자아가 만들어내는 에너지의 주파수와 일치할 때, 내면에서 깊은 쾌감을 느낄 수 있습니다. 그런 생각과 행동을 찾아서 목표로 설정하세요.
  • When the frequency of the energy created by your thoughts and actions aligns with the frequency of energy produced by your inner self, you'll experience a deep sense of pleasure from within. Find those thoughts and actions , and set them as your goals

 

  • 목표를 향해 나아갈 때 계속해서 기분이 좋은지 지속적으로 확인해야 합니다. 긍정적인 기분이 지속된다면 올바른 방향으로 나아가고 있다는 뜻입니다.
  • As you move toward that goal, you must consistently check if you continue to feel good. If that positive feeling persists, it means you're on the right path.

 

  • 이것은 마음의 지도이자 내면의 내비게이션 시스템입니다. 정신적 내비게이션을 항상 '켜짐'으로 유지하고 활성화 하세요. 
  • This is your mind's map, your inner navigation system. Keep your mental navigation always 'ON' and active. 

 

  • 요컨대, 항상 내면의 감정과 느낌에 집중하세요. 나침반처럼 당신을 안내해 줄 것입니다. 
  • In short, always focus on your inner emotions and feelings. They will guide you like a compass. 

 

  • 내면의 행복을 일관되게 유지하세요. 에너지 주파수를 일관되게 높고 안정적으로 유지하세요. 
  • Keep your inner happiness consistent. Consistently maintain your energy frequency high and steady. 

 

  • 원하는 것을 명확하게 파악하고, 그 진동 상태에 자신을 완전히 정렬한 다음, 그 정렬을 유지하세요. 
  • Clearly identify what you desire, align yourself completely with its vibrational state, and maintain that alignment. 

 

  • 이 과정은 의식만으로는 너무 어렵기 때문에 강력한 상상력을 통해 잠재의식을 끌어들여야 합니다. 
  • This proces is too challenging for the conscious mind alone, so you must engage your subconscious through powerful imagination.
